Frequently asked questions
What does a move to Odoo cost?
It depends on the number of legacy systems, data volume and required customization. That’s why we start with a fixed-price assessment: you get a roadmap and a reliable estimate – and decide freely.
How long does a project take?
Smaller switches take a few weeks; replacing a complete ERP takes several months. We set a realistic timeline together in the assessment.
Odoo Community or Enterprise?
We advise neutrally. It depends on the apps you need, the number of users and your budget. Either can be the right choice.
What happens to the data in the old system?
We migrate what you need day to day – master data, open items, stock and relevant history. Older data is archived in line with German retention rules (GoBD) and stays accessible.
Where will Odoo run?
On Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server in Germany – whatever fits. The contract is in your name, so you stay independent.

Great. We also migrate into live systems, extend existing modules and handle upgrades to new Odoo versions.
