The situation
A decades-old AS/400 system running the whole company was moved into Odoo: master data, engineering, manufacturing, warehouse, purchasing, sales and invoicing.
What we did
- ~300k products and ~100k multi-level bills of materials migrated, legacy part types mapped to Odoo manufacturing and purchase routes.
- ~20 custom Odoo modules: manufacturing order changes, WIP valuation, shop floor, sales and purchasing flows, Autodesk Vault sync.
- Repeatable migration toolkit with validation runs for safe staging and production cutovers.
