The situation
A manufacturing company moved off its legacy ERP (Elliott, Pervasive SQL) into an Odoo system already running in production.
What we did
- ~16k products, ~9k bills of materials, all customers, vendors and supplier prices migrated, plus opening stock with FIFO valuation.
- Custom modules for Zebra label printing, Autodesk Vault, blanket orders, purchase down payments, HR attendance and leave rules.
- Staging first, then production – with the data already live left untouched.
